Originally starting in 1971 and continued to transcend throughout the Showa era into the Heisei era of Japan, Kamen Rider ZO ( 1993 ) was a Toei production Pay-Per View movie released on the Toei Studios channel, with a 48 Minute run time serving as somewhat a refresh to the license with some original Kaijin returning to the film & would Be released in celebration of Kamen Riders 40th Anniversary at the time.
